Submit a price match guarantee request in the form below. Please ensure that you follow these terms and conditions for the price match to be eligible.

1. Requested products must be identical brands or like for like in which case Adventure Market will use it’s own discretion to review.
2. The competitor must be an Australian based wholesaler. We will not price match international wholesalers, retailers or distributors.
3. All fields in the form must be complete or else additional information may be request via email.
4. Evidence of a price discrepancy must be provided. This can either be a catalogue (pdf or hard copy), website screenshots / URLs that don’t require accounts, or any other viable evidence.
5. Adventure Market reserves the right to deny a price match guarantee request if we believe products are not like for like, foul play is involved, price collusion has taken place or any other unjust business factors exist.
