Where can I view your terms and conditions?
What payment methods do you accept?
We now only use the website to submit purchase orders. You will be invoiced once your order has been picked and packed so that we can accurately add shipping & GST. Once invoiced payment must be made via the provided direct debit details.
What to do if a product is sold out?
Definitely sign up to the product waitlist. It won’t cost you anything and securely ensures you have a 1st priority back order for that product. We constantly have products coming into our warehouse so the wait will never be too long!
How do you calculate shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
We use a combination of over 9 different couriers in order to ensure you have the most suitable method for your needs. If your goal is to be the fastest or the cheapest we will accommodate.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on order’s to anywhere in Australia for amounts over $3,000 ex GST.
50% Shipping discount: We offer 50% off the shipping fee (we will pay half) on orders over $1,500 ex GST & Shipping.
How do I get access to the wholesale store?
Firstly, you must create an account. Once your details have been submitted an admin will review your account and approve as fast as humanly possible. From there you simply click the “Wholesale Store” link in the top left corner of the screen and you will now have access. Happy shopping!
Will you match or beat any other advertised price?
Yes! We will not only match our competitors prices but we will strive to beat them. We are confident in our ability to source, develop and manufacture products as efficiently as possible and will always endeavour to offer you the best price possible.
